Monarch Metal Mfg, specializes in metal fabrication using sheet, plate/tube, bar, etc. Processes including laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, and powder coating finishing.
We are seeking out our next salesperson to help leverage the organization into further growth.
The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the metal industry.
This is a highly flexible and entrepreneurial role, which an ideal candidates could perform the duties full or part time.
Requirements include strong technical/sales experience with a background in sheet metal fabrication.
Sales Associate Responsibilities:
Work directly with the owner to define sales goals and target clienteleWork independently to recruit new customers and grow the business's network through in-person and remote meetingsRequest feedback from customers regarding pricing and delivery requirements.Provide feedback to ownership regarding current trends and needs in the local industryTarget high-end customers with larger orders and repeat businessSales Associate Qualifications:
Prior experience in the metal industry.Proven sales track record with 3-5 years sales experience preferably in industrial salesStrong contact list in the industry and potential clients on deckExperience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experience in customer relationship management.Experience managing and directing a sales team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Dedication to providing great customer service.
Sales Associate Compensation:
Base salary and commission negotiated.
