A leading organization dedicated to blood donation network is seeking a highly motivated
Marketing Director
to lead their growing team and make a significant impact on their mission. This Director will lead the team, manage impactful campaigns across diverse regions, analyze data, and maximize results. You'll also oversee a team of 4-5 Marketing Managers, guiding them in executing impactful campaigns across diverse territories. Their team gets onsite 3x per week, and WFH 2x.
There is quarterly travel in northern EST and CST states.Requirements:8+ years marketing experience (recruitment preferred)Strong analytics & team leadership
