SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will contribute to the development of our digital strategy. They will report to the Senior Manager with the main job function of working on proposal responses (RFPs) and proactive marketing material for Ad Sales.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sale process:

Attend media/marketing calls with brand advertisers and/or agencies to identify client needs, lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams, develop proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy, and pitch ideas succinctly & effectivelyPartner Ownership:

Be the primary point-of-contact with internal stakeholders, helping develop new packages, strategize new offerings and position our network across the portfolio in a way that drives value for our clientsCommunication:

Cultivate relationships, gaining trust and respect, and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal cross-functional partners: sales, partnership marketing, strategic partner liaisons, design, research, and content creative teamsMarketing Strategy:

Synthesize brand advertiser client direction, sales strategy, cultural/market trends, and consumer insights into compelling strategic platforms that focus thinking and spark creative ideationVisual storytelling:

Weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applicationsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent5+ years of professional digital experience at an advertising, media agency, media company or sales organizationProficient in Microsoft Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)Proven ability to partner effectively with team members from multiple organizational functions (sales, creative, research, production) at varying levels of seniority both internally and externallyMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
