Production Expeditor

to work Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm, with the ability to work additional hours when needed. This individual will support our Project Managers providing exceptional customer service and internal communication.

Job Duties:

Manage and facilitate residential, commercial and industrial projects through completionGenerate detailed work order, communicate, and schedule work with M&C Dept.Generate and provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractorsMaintain frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and estimators to achieve a cohesive productCoordinate and record all material selections with customerDetermine and generate material take off and coordinate purchase of materialsApprove and submit subcontractor invoices for payment to A/P ClerkSecure necessary permitsOrder dumpstersMaintain orderly and clean job siteCoordinate inspection of property with city/bank inspectorsObtain and submit Certificate of Completion to Admin at conclusion of projectCommunicate with estimator weekly to provide status on all jobsWork within present job budgetsUpon customer approval, install yard signInsure all employees/subcontractors are working safelyAdditional job duties as requestedRequirements

Job Requirements:

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate oral and written instructions.Ability to communicate fluently in English - bilingual a plusOrganized and able to multi-taskExcellent customer service skillsTeam playerBasic understanding of the construction processBasic understanding of tools, handling and operationDigital job schedule creationBasic understanding of technology, basic computer skills: word knowledge is requiredAbility to work overtime and be on call when requiredMust Have Valid Driver's LicenseAble to Pass Pre-employment screeningsEducation:

Associates degree or higher in Construction ManagementExperience:

2+ years of previous building experienceLicenses & Certifications:

Dwelling contractor, dwelling contractor qualifier,OSHA 10HR recommendedLead Safe RenovatorPhysical Demands:

Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs.May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.Ability to work in confined spaces.Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent times.Exposure to fumes from solvents and chemical solutions.
