A growing healthcare company is looking for a full time Marketing Director to join the team.
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that will increase brand awareness, generate leads, manage sales team, and drive sales for the HCBS division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, as well as strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities :Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the overall business goals of the HCBS divisionManage team of field reps to build relationships with schools etcManage the marketing budget and track ROICreate and manage content for the HCBS website, social media, and other marketing channelsDevelop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industryTrack and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaignsReport on marketing results to senior managementQualifications:
Experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong understanding of marketing principles and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary: $120k/Year
