We are looking for a marketing professional who is passionate about digital and people to join our company and be a key player of our team. The opportunity Michelin has an immediate opening for a Business Analyst in Salesforce Marketing Cloud who will be responsible for deploying Marketing Automation solutions across multiple markets around the world, for customers (B2B) and consumers (B2C). Our Digital Transformation project team of 40+ people are passionate about "Digital" and the opportunities that are being created because of this transformation at Michelin, the worldwide leader in Mobility. This role is a key contributor to enabling Digital Transformation in Marketing and will allow Michelin to streamline its marketing campaigns and cultivate leads that generate business growth. What will you do Gather business user needs and translate the expression of business needs to User Stories; collaborate with the developer team to share and validate them post development. Be the consultant with a continuous focus on identifying improvement opportunities and recommending solutions. Drive business growth by enabling data-driven decision-making. Be a coach to the teams and help lead to increase adoption of Marketing Cloud at Michelin. What will you bring 4-6 years of experience in marketing automation solutions deployment in multiple markets. Good knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another leading marketing automation technology. Demonstrated experience with Agile way of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with different partners, both in verbal and written forms.
