Salary Range: 55,000 - 60,000 USD AnnuallyThe referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.

ALM is immediately hiring a Digital & Event Marketing Manager based in the US to join its Business & Finance Events marketing team. The Digital & Event Marketing Manager is charged with collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful marketing of ALM's events and awards programs.

The Digital & Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for marketing select events and awards within the Business & Finance portfolio, including conferences, awards programs, and webinars. This position will work closely with the Director of Event Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategy on all assigned tasks, as well as assist with the execution of various marketing needs, including, but not limited to, list building; email content development; attendee reminder campaigns; budget management; campaign reporting; awards platform building and management, as well as other daily tasks that may arise.

The Digital & Event Marketing Manager will interact with both internal and external clients and must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills. Additionally, this position will work towards established deadlines for each event, and could be working on multiple events simultaneously, so they must be a good multitasker.

Responsibilities:Develop and adhere to event marketing plans and runways in an effort to reach attendee and/or revenue goals for all conferences, award programs and webinars.Be responsible for accurate budget management for assigned events.Coordinate internal and external resources, including email deployment, designers, digital marketers, etc.Coordinate website edits for assigned events.Work with the team to develop and maintain proper registration forms for assigned events throughout the year.Registrant communication deployment as needed (pre and post-event emails, balance dues, etc.)Attend events throughout the year to assist in onsite execution, including working registration, crowd management, or other needs as outlined by the operations team.Qualifications:

3-4 years marketing experience required; event marketing experience a plusAmbitious and proactive with a calm response to pressureExcellent time management and multi-tasking skills to meet strict deadlinesExperience with customer data platforms (CDP) and a basic understanding of audience segmentation.Experience with marketing automation tools, such as, Hubspot, Marketo or equivalent.Highly detail-oriented and a self-starterAble to work efficiently independently, as well as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, including in-person, through email and on the phoneStrong record of customer serviceA resourceful and creative problem solverEasily adaptable to situations and changing event demandsBachelor's Degree requiredAbility to travel to events as neededWhy you should join ALM...
