What You'll Do
Oversee subsidiary pursuits team, including prioritizing efforts, writing and reviewing key sections of proposals and facilitating interview preparation and deliveryDevelop and refine winning strategies and themes, compelling messages, and persuasive benefit/differentiator pairs to best demonstrate knowledge, capabilities, and servicesReview RFPs to determine alignment with local office and company goals and objectivesEstablish, implement, and facilitate strategic proposal marketing materials locally, regionally, and nationallyApply experience and best practices in proposal team managementLead consistent interaction with staff throughout company to support and implement marketing strategyAct as subsidiary POC and present marketing initiatives to leadershipMay act as subject matter expert and/or lead company-wide initiatives on assigned service lines or marketsOversee production of standard and customized proposal marketing materials for cohesive branding effortsFollow up on pending submittals to determine wins and lossesFacilitate presentations for both prime and teaming opportunitiesUtilize dashboards and reports to aid in load leveling within the departmentManage and oversee junior and mid-level marketing membersMentor and engage in regular performance feedback for junior and mid-level marketing membersTranslate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable items for junior and mid-level marketing membersCollaborate with marketing team to continually improve marketing processes and proceduresCollaborate with marketing team on special projectsIdentify and track strategic pursuitsAssist with staffing initiativesLead branding best practicesFacilitate lessons learned and actions to improve process efficiencyTrack trends and monitor marketing metricsParticipate in professional development activitiesWhat We're Looking For
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required6 years of proposal management experience required, experience in marketing in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferredProposal management experience within the public sector preferred
