Job Title: Network Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies for our LAN, WAN, WLAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, NAC, SIP, OT, and Zero Trust Network Architecture.- Collaborate with leadership to devise technical strategies and services for network infrastructure.- Establish and enforce configuration rules and standards for network devices.- Conduct regular assessments to anticipate future network requirements and scalability needs.- Lead the implementation and maintenance of voice and data communication networks.- Identify and implement improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.- Collaborate with other departments and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.- 10 years of IT industry experience in a technical leadership role focused on IT infrastructure planning, development, and implementation.- Deep knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and architectures.- Strong technical skills in Cisco networking technologies, routing protocols, wireless technologies, etc.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in relevant discipline.- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA).- Hands-on experience with network engineering tools and automation.- Experience with server and desktop virtualization, storage, and SANs.
