The Director, Donor Marketing will be responsible for:
Leading a team of marketing professionals to drive donor engagement and acquisitionTranslating enterprise donor engagement directives into actionable plans at the divisional levelCollaborating with enterprise and divisional teams to implement targeted marketing campaignsEvaluating campaign performance and proposing necessary adjustmentsOptimizing media relationships and expenditures to support strategic objectivesCollaborating with corporate communications on media communication strategiesEvaluating the effectiveness of local advertising opportunities and partnershipsQualifications:
10+ years of Marketing experienceBachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations • Experience managing a small team of marketersExperience in Pharma, Blood Donor, other Donor, or Hospital MarketingExperience managing a small team of marketersExperience working with multiple locations and remote teamsStrong leadership and management skillsAbility to quickly learn and adapt to the blood business
