Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive our company's growth through innovative and effective marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing resources, and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.Technical development of specialized internal tools to support marketing functions.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to keep the company ahead of the curve.Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.Ensure appropriate Marketing & PR investment tracking.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with 2+years in a leadership or management position.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.Experience in the Software Industry is a plus.At least 3 references required.Location:
