We are currently looking for a
Marketing Manager
to join our growing team, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company (or lines of business and brands within the organization) and their Film and TV content to maximize theatrical, non-theatrical, and social media revenue. This position must be a great business and marketing leader and will be responsible for working with the executive team to determine budgets, target numbers, and developing strategies.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all marketing campaigns for theatrical and digital releaseImplement marketing strategyPromote a business, product, or serviceEnsure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing onesRepresent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer supportUpdating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaignsManage and coordinate marketing channels and mediaLead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/servicesCollaborate with media organizations and advertising agenciesBrainstorm ideas for new campaignsCoordinate with other teams and other departments to produce effective strategiesMonitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasksAnalyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposurePOSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fieldMinimum of four (4) or more years of experience with traditional and digital advertising, including Google, Facebook, and additional social media platformsBilingual KoreanAny experience in the entertainment field and industry is a big plus!PERKS & BENEFITSUnlimited paid time offHealth, vision, dental, and life insurance covered for employees and partial coverage for eligible dependentsHybrid work schedule (2 days in the office)Paid sick days and holidays401(k)Catered lunch every day with varying local cuisines and a kitchen stocked with drinks and snacksFree access to various streaming media applicationsCorporate parties, team bonding events, and much more!The reasonable estimated salary for this role ranges from
