We have an exciting position open for a Field Marketing and Communication Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for Beauty, NA, this individual is responsible for developing and executing the marketing and communications strategy for the Beauty North America business to support and maximize growth, increase sales leads, and build brand equity. This includes creating messaging that compels customers and consumers to identify with Aptar and our products through effective sales collateral, traditional & digital media and trade publications, trade show participation and social media messaging. This role will support Marketing, Business Development and Sales to understand and address market trends, providing samples, creative collateral, and promotional materials in support of profitable growth. The position will develop new product launch materials and support creative and effective marketing programs to drive efficient conversion to sales. This individual will act as the primary liaison with Corporate and Global Communications to align and execute global Marketing Communication plans.

This is how your journey begins:

Own and effectively execute the Marketing and Communications strategy for Beauty in North America to support new product and sales objectives for the region.Collaborate with internal teams and lead vendors and agency partners (when necessary) to create and deliver effective and relevant marketing materials for each technology platform.Manage external content for North America beauty, personal care, home care and emerging markets, that separates Aptar as a leader in the packaging industry, leveraging global content and resources as available to:

Create, execute, and manage regional media campaigns. Track leads by source.Create, execute, and manage regional press campaigns for all technology platforms.Create, execute, and manage creative initiatives (photo and video shoots, promotional design, mailing kits, promotional presentations).

Develop promotional plans and supporting materials for existing product enhancements and new product launches.Own the strategy and deployment of all trade show activities. Work as liaison between show organization and Aptar; develop show strategy including products, creative, tone, booth, messaging, demonstrations, samples, pre/post communications.Track and evaluate campaign efficiencies (customer acquisition, product monetization, ROI) - adjusting and optimizing tactics as needed to achieve overall business objectives.Manage Marketing activity calendar, ensuring appropriate stakeholders have visibility and awareness to campaigns and programs.Build strong relationships with all Platform Managers (Product Line Managers) and develop creative regional marketing strategies to build awareness, drive demand generation and support overall business growth objectives.Develop, manage, track and report progress against budget. Own the entry and payment of agency invoices.Evaluate and present new digital and traditional marketing opportunities to increase visibility and lead generation with prospects and customers.Responsible for product line training and education material development for sales, customer service and other relevant stakeholders.Develop, deploy, and optimize Account-Based Marketing programs for targeted Beauty customers. Provide team leadership, sales alignment, ABM reporting metrics, pipeline growth opportunities, and ensure program optimization to drive NA growth.Act as primary contact with Beauty Global Communications team to ensure strategies and campaigns are in alignment with company objectives and guidelines.What you will bring on the journey

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Finance required. MBA preferred.Experience

Minimum of 10 years Marketing experience in a field marketing or communications capacity, or business equivalent.Skills/Abilities

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail; strong problem solving and decision-making skills.Recognized ability to lead and drive decision making without direct authority.Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization.Works well under deadline pressures; ability to prioritize and manage multiple and conflicting priorities.Ability to think strategically as well as deal with day-to-day issues.Experience developing, deploying, and optimizing successful ABM programs.Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.Persuasive negotiator able to work across disciplines.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products.Technical understanding of dispensing products and experience in Beauty and Personal Care markets are both a plus.Other Requirements
