Senior Marketing Manager, Inkitt

Inkitt is building the Disney of the 21st Century, standing at the forefront of technology and entertainment. Leveraging AI and predictive algorithms, Inkitt discovers unknown stories and turns them into blockbuster hits, producing a new $1M ebook every 4 weeks and selling directly to consumers through its Galatea app. Inkitt has become the 11th most bestseller-generating publisher in the world, boasting a 40x higher hit-rate than traditional publishers. What You'll Do:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive 4x growth in readership and authorship by the end of June 2024, relative to December 2023Strong preference in non-paid solutionsEnhance Inkitt's brand presence in the publishing market. Develop and execute brand strategies that clearly communicate the company's value proposition to a global audienceStrategic vision, capable of both big-picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring strategies are both visionary but also groundedCollaborate with cross-functional teams, like Product Management and Engineering, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectivesWhat You'll Bring:

Track record of successfully delivering growth in two-sided market places (e.g Uber, AirBnB, Spotify, SoundCloud, Fiverr, etc.)Strong analytical skills with a growth-hacker mindset and strategic thinking capabilityA deep understanding and experience with at least 2-3 of the following: SEO, social media, viral posts, referral marketing, partnerships and affiliates/influencersExperience working with/for senior leadership (e.g. VP level or CEO)What We'll Offer:

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
