Position Summary : The IT Solution Designer, Supply Chain Planning and Collaboration is a critical IT business partner to Taylor Made Golf's Global Planning and Supplier collaboration functions. This position is responsible for the support, evolution, implementation, and integrity of IT solutions supporting these functions and ensures that selected technology solutions deliver intended business values and aligns with the Company's overall strategy. Applying a deep understanding of the supply chain planning business processes and supporting technologies, this position will understand requests from business and translate them into innovative IT solutions.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Understand business holistically to connect individual initiatives and requirements into global solutionsConduct regular meetings with Business counterparts to identify and prioritize initiatives and recommend solutions that maximize value of technology to the businessUnderstand day-to-day supply planning & supplier collaboration processes and "pain points" to recognize emerging needsPartner with third-party providers and local development teams to ensure on time development, delivery and operation of application services and technology solutionsManage IT applications support within agreed SLAsAs a Supply Planning Expert, support and evolve Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning application by working closely with Global Planning business team:Provide timely and quality Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning support:Empower business users to get maximum value out of existing IT supply planning solutionTroubleshot application behavior and address gapsResolve data integrity and integration related issuesMaximize the use of OTBI reports to address business requirements

Evolve planning solution:Understand changing business requirements and provide suggestions to enhance plan quality, make required changes and plan production roll-outsAnalyze Oracle Supply Planning Cloud regular releases, recognize their value to the planning process and drive desired features implementationWork with Oracle Support and development teams to influence cloud solution evolutionExtend and support solution globally

As a Supplier Collaboration Expert, ensure supplier collaboration solution CSE (Collaborative Supply Execution from JDA/Blue Yonder) stability and align functionality to the business requirements to ensure maximum value of CSE to TaylorMade Golf buyersRecommend sustainable solutions for current business needs, develop and execute implementation planTroubleshot application behavior and address functionality, integrations and data integrity gaps

Understand IT trends and align with Global IT strategiesWork closely with cross-functional teams in very fast-paced and dynamic global work environmentWork closely with IT counterparts and business partners locally as well as from other business units around the worldParticipate actively in IT innovation and continuous process improvementKnowledge and Skills Requirements:

Fluent verbal and written English communication skills requiredDeep understanding of Supply Planning conceptsProficiency in data mining and manipulationExcellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skillsNegotiation skillsHighly developed customer-focused skillsHighly organized and detail oriented with the ability to plan and schedule workActive team member but able to work autonomouslyExcellent relationship building skills, including the ability to develop and nurture productive relationships with IT peers and business colleaguesHappy to work in a multi-cultural environmentDrives a culture of creativity and innovationEducation, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering4+ years of work experience in:Supply chain planning IT solutions support & managementDemand Planning & S&OP IT solutions support & management

4+ years of experience designing, developing or implementing IT solutionsExperience in a process industry, preferably consumer products focused on manufacturing and supply chain.Working experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning application support preferredWork Environment / Physical Requirements:

Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.Ability to work extended hours as necessary.Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.Frequent travel may be required.

TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
