Sales/Marketing Associate MUST LIVE IN THE NASHVILLE/CLARKSVILLE TENNESSEE AREA - PART TIMEHome Inspection Company is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic sales/marketing associate sort of a “jack of all trades” position to join our team. We are looking for someone that wants to grow with our small business and become a part of our family-owned business for the long haul. There could be opportunities for advancement in the future. A former real estate professional or someone in the industry could be perfect for this position!The Sales/Marketing Associate will assist the owner(s) with marketing campaigns, managing trade shows and other events, Most of the job is traveling to real estate offices and open houses; marketing our company. MUST be willing to work at least 2 weekends a month. Other days off will be given during the week.

OWN VEHICLE (mileage per diem provided).Let's talk of you want a flexible schedule and love meeting new people.Responsibilities and Duties--Fun and energetic-loves to meet new people-Creating exciting event booth spaces- Prepare marketing materials and presentations for real estate agents-MUST be confident in public speaking-Create client events, coffees lunches, etc. in Clarksville TN (surrounding areas) and Nashville TN (surrounding areas)-Assist home inspectors with marketing efforts-Have excellent communication skills-Ensure company's marketing efforts help to achieve our immediate and long term goals- Helping clients/agents understand our three inspection packages and how to book/pay- Developing and maintaining a data base of real estate agents- Coordinating meetings (lunch n learns) with real estate professionals- Creative shopping as needed to make goodie bags/gift baskets/give away baskets- Attend after hours events/company events to represent the company- Attend Open Houses as required (possible during the week AND definitely Sat/Sun)Part Time Office hours are Monday through Saturdays from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm –While some weekends are required, we are flexible and want each staff member to have a good work-life balance. You will always have two days off per week.Job Type: Part timeSalary: $13.00-15.00 /hour to startExperience:·
