Job Summary:

This position will develop, implement and evaluate social media campaigns. In addition, the position will manage and monitor the College's social media sites to recruit and retain HACC students and promote College initiatives.All applicants are required to submit the following materials :Resume

Applicants who complete the application process and meet the position minimum requirements will be invited to interview in phase 1. Candidates will be notified of their status after each phase to confirm if they are moving forward in the selection process.Phase 1: 30-minute interview with the search committee

Phase 2: 30-minute interview with the search committee (different questions will be asked), 30-minute written exercise; 30-minute presentation with the Office of College Advancement team

Phase 3: 30-minute interview with the vice president of college advancement

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and three years of experience**Or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.Licensing Requirements:

Job Specific Task List:Develop, schedule, implement and evaluate creative, strategic and engaging multi-platform organic and paid social media campaignsDevelop strategies to increase the College's social media presence among target audiencesMonitor performance analytics to guide best practices and increase engagement across social media platformsManage and monitor HACC's social media sitesAlign visual and audio pieces with the College's branding standardsCoordinate social media initiatives, including takeoversIncorporate artificial intelligence into social media campaignsStay abreast of and implement social media trends across HACC's social media sitesDevelop graphic designs using various software programs (including InDesign and Photoshop)Handle other duties as assigned

Job Type:

Full Time 12 MonthWork Arrangement:The social media coordinator will have a hybrid work arrangement. They will:Work from home approximately 70% of the time

Work from any of HACC's five campuses approximately 30% of the time

These percentages are tentative and thus subject to change.
