SUMMARYThe Coordinator, Integrated Marketing is responsible for assisting in the marketing department’s efforts to cultivate the next generation of lifelong fans for the New York Giants. The role will provide support to all areas of the team including Brand Strategy, Brand Marketing & Activation, Fan Development and Influencer Marketing. From researching how to grow & diversify our fan base to executing best-in-class brand marketing programs, this individual will be a strategic and creative thinker, highly organized and collaborative teammate, who helps move the business forward across multiple priority initiatives.JOB DESCRIPTION – WHAT YOU WILL DO:Assist in the overall marketing strategy and execution of the teams international marketing planningIdeate, craft and execute marketing campaigns that target key fan demographics, with a focus on Latino and youthAssist with the development and programming of the influencer marketing program, including VIP hosting on game daysContinuously ideate, identify and share strategic, innovative and monetizable brand initiatives & experiencesWork collaboratively with various internal departments in executing all projects (including but not limited to; sponsorship, social, digital, creative and production)Assist in the development of promotional briefs, creatives briefs, presentation decks and recap decks to be shared with internal and external partnersResearch and develop best practice presentations to help drive direction and strategy in planning phases of campaignsDevelop timely recap materials for key initiativesFormulate and submit creative design requests from Brand Marketing: tracking, scheduling, and managing workflows to ensure all deadlines are met and elements are delivered on-briefSupport team with guiding process/workflows, managing against deadlines, scheduling meetings and recapping next stepsRequirements2-3 years of experience working in Marketing, ideally with sports, entertainment and/or media organizationsA highly collaborative, adaptable team player with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environmentA self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude and solutions-based approachExcellent attention to detail and proactive communicatorAble to manage projects and processes, while delivering results on timelineSkilled in nurturing meaningful, trust-based internal & external relationshipsKnowledge of industry trends and passion to learn, absorb and share about best practicesBachelor’s degree is required
