Campari IT will play a key role to grasp those opportunities.The Regional IT Business Partner Marketing Americas is member of the Americas IT Team with a role focused on the marketing functional area. This role works closely with the Business to innovate, identify, design, implement and drive the adoption of technology solutions across the internal and external environments of our consumers and customers in Americas. The role works both across key global solutions as well as drive innovation locally in areas of new opportunity. The role is a key component of the Campari Group OneIT organization, cooperating daily with Global, Regional and Local IT team members. This role reports to the Regional IT VP Americas and dotted line to the Sales & Marketing Center of Expertise IT Director in a matrix global IT organization.Mission/Objectives
The role is focused on managing a portfolio of technology capabilities to support the business objectives for the marketing
and digital marketing functions, ensuring that this portfolio drives business value, is delivered through project excellence
and brings innovative best practices and new technologies.Business partnership with key regional and market marketing stakeholders to deliver technology solutionssupporting the commercial objectives.Management of the regional marketing technology product portfolio and roadmapSupports the business value realisation from technology implemetation and adoption.Supports process design and promotes best-practice adoption.Identifies opportunities for technology investment through the adoption of existing global solutions or the piloting of local innovative solutions in new areas.Defines, develops, owns and executes a local innovation framework to elevate Campari Group market position with technology, entrepreneurs, consumers, customers, and non-compete peers.Represents and communicates the world of innovation as it relates to technology across the marketing organisations.Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesBusiness Value RealizationActs as IT Business Partner for the Marketing area in the region, contributing, prioritizing and supporting in thedefinition of functional and technical solutions coming from new requirementsProactively engages key stakeholders at market and regional level to gather business and functional needs and toprovide support and new ideas on business process design and enhancements; works with Global/Regional/LocalIT to involve and engage Regional/Local stakeholdersDevelops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of functional business processesRepresents the single point of contact for any questions concerning the regional Marketing Global technicalsolutions, maintaining effective communication channels and positive working relationshipsContributes in business cases definition, in collaboration with Global IT and regional business stakeholders,identifying new solutions to support the business capabilities and – once approved – builds a regional deployableplatform for Global solutions & Innovations.Leads fit-gap analysis between application global framework and business capabilities to evaluate solutionsimprovements or platforms, providing feedback to the business and Global IT and facilitating understanding oftechnical choices for digital and traditional marketingEnsures that the solution blueprint is aligned to functional requirements, as well as to the overall technologyframework and of the application portfolio (cloud and on premise), constantly deliveringnew capabilities and keep actual the Marketing application portfolio asset.Aligns application portfolio, in accordance with global standards set forward by the Global Sales and MarketingCOE, to determine localization standards for global solutionsOwns and maps local process to global process to encourage adoption of global templates within global solutionswhere available.Project ManagementDefines detailed project plan in coherence within the Program Framework of the regional & in-market MarketingteamAdopts and enforces standard project management methodologies for all Regional/Local projects.Manages and ensures project execution and coordinates project teams for action plan, following the agreedtimelines and budgetUpdates the Steering Committee on progress and results, decisions to take, issues and proposed next stepsBest PracticesIdentifies best practices in the marketplace to inject new capabilities in The range will vary if outside of this location. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations.
