Responsibilities
Development of strategies and monitoring the performance of the creative teamOverseeing a creative team by providing guidance and project management on various projectsEnsuring projects are meeting timelines, and quality check requirementsLeading creative team to tackle briefs & offer creative solutions for current and prospective clientsDay to Day:
Assist in taking the Client brief to developed creative solutionWorking with team members in developing reward-focused concepts and digital collateralDevelopment of gamification ideas and brand integrationManaging multiple client projects across various sectors simultaneouslyMust be comfortable with on-going tight timelinesRequired Skills
Expertise with Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations: Builds, animations and master pages is a MUST (This is how we present our work to our clients... so please don't apply if this is something you are not highly proficient in)You'll have a deep affinity for design, typography and idea-generationStrong verbal and visual communicationDeep understanding of Consumer Package Goods, shopper marketing and consumer experiencesUnderstanding of the social platforms and their advertising capabilitiesAble to develop social and digital designsStory boarding & video scripting's a HUGE plusVisionProject ManagementCreative ConceptsProficiency with illustration tools (Photoshop, Adobe, Figma, etc)Here's what we've got to offer:
