Job PurposeThe Creative Activation Manager is a key part of the Marketing and Branding team at Holiday. This position will closely work with the Marketing Director and Content Manager to develop in-store printed graphics and messaging in-line with the company's branding standards. In addition, this role will oversee Holiday's digital media efforts, including by not limited to - social media graphics and messaging, website maintenance, and in-store media production. The Creative Activation Manager will track and report digital data to leadership, execute customer-facing contests, and create content for internal communications including the Monthly newsletter.Duties and ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design:

Develops all graphics for monthly promotions with vendors.

Works with cross-functional departments to create messaging and graphics for internal use including menus, signage and other collateral.

Translates content to fit publishing media, video production and social media.

Coordinates all printing and delivery of materials with print vendors.

Social Media:

Maintains social media calendar based on promotional activities.

Designs and creates social media posts across all platforms.

Responsible for all social media posting and commenting across all platforms

Monitors and responds to all social media comments.

Facilitates social media contests and giveaways.

Tracks and reports on all platform engagement.

Website and Digital Media:

Maintains company website

Creates original media content for use at pumps and in-store

Follows current trends of SEO search and ensures optimization of the company's digital channels

Skills and Education Requirements

3-5 Years experience in graphic design required.

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.

Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent planning, organizational and project management skills.

Able to work well in both team and self-managed environments.

Excellent communication skills verbally, written and spoken.

Relevant knowledge of online tools and marketing trends.

Ability to learn quickly and to execute programs.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and other programs as needed.

Strong command of English language, bilingual a plus.

Must possess a valid Utah Driver License.

MVR with safe driving record required.
