Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the account executive team to oversee local community and corporate creative projects, strategy, goals, brand look and feel, across all media types and tactics with the goal of ongoing process development. Serves as a central point of contact for the account executives and the creative directors as it pertains to community's primary localized marketing and advertising efforts. Ensures the creative projects align with Brookdale's creative standards and guidelines.
Develops and trains account management team. Coordinates with the account strategy team to ensure the creative team work is representative of the Brookdale brand, on time and results-driving. Develops, executes and improves creative workflow management. Institutes and manages an analytics platform for the creative work. Analyzes performance and optimization results to ensure effective performance. Manages creative account team, who is responsible to deliver local community and corporate creative projects, within established Brookdale guidelines. Creative tactics can include: digital (display, landing pages), collateral (flyers, brochures, etc.) emails, direct mail (creative and purchase lists), signage and more. Leads community creative strategy and creative output for marketing department. Leads contact for the local media agency. Develops the overall local media community strategy. Manages creative work and deadlines for various clients, as needed Recommends and communicates to executive leadership, key advertising, brand strategies and creative tactics, to best align with the corporate guidelines and requests. Leads the team to stay informed on best in class marketing, creative strategies and advertising trends. Guides creative efforts to include this direction as it pertains to work and requests. Serves as a point of contact for the creative directors to discuss creative needs, processes, issues, and more. Oversees account managers overall budget to ensure projects are cost effective and remain within budget.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or other related field preferred. Minimum two years' experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Management/Decision Making Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues. Solves diverse problems using solid analytical skills where limited precedents/guidelines exist.
Knowledge and Skills Has an advanced knowledge of the organization, industry, and a functional discipline. Extensive understanding of technical areas gained through experience and used to complete and/or oversee assignments.
