Marketing Project Manager
Job Summary:The Marketing Project Manager at SRS will plan, manage and execute projects related to marketing campaigns. They are responsible for turning the strategic vision into reality. Working with the Director of Marketing the Marketing Project Manager will identify all the tasks that need to be completed within a marketing project or campaign, and then strategically delegates those tasks to the appropriate team members.Primary Marketing Campaign Management Responsibilities:Work With Marketing Director to Create Marketing StrategyWhere the VP of Marketing and Marketing Director develops the strategic vision of campaigns, the Marketing Project Manager maps out the tasks required to implement that vision.Create Project Budgets and TimelinesResponsible for creating the budget of a marketing campaign and creating project timelines and ensuring resources align with timelines.Management of Content CalendarManage a content calendar to ensure content is completed in a timely manner, posted and executed in the aligned campaign channel.Collaborate with Writers and Designers to Produce ContentResponsible for collaborating throughout the content creation process with internal and external resources to develop campaign content.Develop and Maintain External Vendor RelationshipsResponsible for the developing relationships, managing and maintaining timely delivery with external vendors.General Project Management ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budgetOrganize and plan project tasks and schedulesCommunicate project status to stakeholders and key project participantsStay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business prioritiesFacilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfullyDelegate work to team members based on skills and expertiseOptimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgetingWork with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plansCreate presentations and reports to communicate project statusKeep the project team focused on the end goalRequirements & Qualifications:Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skillsKnowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesStrong interpersonal and team leadership skillsStrong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft OfficeProficiency in project management tools and software, including AsanaNot the right job for you?
