Marketing Associate, Rosetta Stone Consumer

IXL Learning, a leading EdTech company with products used by 15 million students worldwide, is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to support consumer marketing efforts for Rosetta Stone, the premier language learning solution for over 30 years.
In this role, you will create a broad range of marketing materials to support our consumer marketing efforts globally and develop content pieces to drive awareness and conversion. We’re looking for someone who is a strong writer and communicator, creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about IXL’s mission to impact education.

We’re looking for someone who is a strong writer and communicator, creative, organized, proactive, and passionate about IXL’s mission to impact education.
What You'll Be Doing
- Write and develop marketing content, including but not limited to: emails, web copy, promotional materials, and more
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to devise creative ways to reach potential customers and to deepen our engagement with existing users
- Work with colleagues from various teams, including product managers and graphic designers, to coordinate and implement projects from start to finish
- Coordinate communications calendars and messaging for promotions and product launches, both in the US and internationally
- BA/BS degree and 2-4 years of solid marketing experience in a professional environment
- Written communication: You are an exceptional writer and know how to make every word count. You can switch easily from writing messaging about a new product feature, to crafting an impactful marketing email, to developing a lighthearted blog post
- Interpersonal skills: You’re a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- You get things done: You’re a self starter, detail-oriented, organized, resourceful, can manage projects from start to finish and juggle multiple deadlines
- You have knowledge of, or an interest in, education/EdTech and language learning, and can learn about the industry quickly
- Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
