Marketing Manager

Enumerix, Inc. has developed a novel, high-fidelity, single-molecule digital PCR platform to enable high-throughput, precise detection and enumeration of nucleic acids, with unprecedented precision, multiplex capability, sensitivity, and simplicity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will create and lead our marketing efforts through brand awareness, lead generation, events, and promotional documentation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Brand Awareness:

• Establish and formalize Enumerix brand elements
• Update packaging and literature
• Write and manage social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
• Manage and upkeep content of company website

Lead Generation & Events:

• Develop lead generation and promotional strategies
• Plan and execute events such as trade shows, seminars, webinars

Promotional documentation:

• Develop promotional materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and product messaging

Requirements:

Education: B.S./B.A. in a life science- related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a demonstrated focus in diagnostics, next generation sequencing, genomics, or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated successful track record of planning and executing awareness and lead generation campaigns with measurable results
• Excellent written skills and attention to details especially relating to development of written production or promotional literature
• Exhibit creativity in driving technical/product messaging across diverse audience
• Highly preferred: technical background with high level understanding of molecular biology, PCR and NGS assays, and their applications
• Proven ability to navigate and succeed in a dynamic business environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
