Job Description

The Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst positions at BAE Systems provide employees with hands-on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. The Role:

Learn FMV tradecraft through a unique three-week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program which provides candidates who may be new to motion GEOINT specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and specific cultural familiarizationProduce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distributionCompile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnelInput data accurately, exploit FMV collected by sensors on ISR platforms, apply all-source information to FMV imagery analysis, and use an electronic light table to exploit NTM imageryEnjoy generous paid-time-off, education benefits and access to career advancement pathways on day one as a member of our TeamHave rapid advancement potential and cross training opportunities into Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR)/ Ground Moving Target Indicator (GMTI), and FMV Advanced Research positionsRequired Education, Experience, & Skills

10 years intelligence analysis experience, to include 7 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience;

OR

7 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience AND a bachelor’s degree in a related fieldFormal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.))Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule, to include nights, weekends, and holidaysDuring high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real timeDemonstrated ability to prioritize and solve routine tasksExcellent working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Power PointAble to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displaysExcellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skillsType 32 words per minute without looking at the keyboard at 90% accuracyPrevious experience with FMV operations and the TCPED processPrevious experience with counterterrorism operationsCandidates must accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screenMust successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have do so in the last yearMust attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in eachPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Practical experience using MAAS, NES, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, IECBackground in counterterrorism analysisPrevious FMV Instructor duty or training assignmentsMultiple GPC Program or GEOINT-related certificationsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative CloudWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere ProAdvanced technical abilities (e.g. HTML5, CSS, PHP/SQL, Python)Experience exploiting video footage and has a basic understanding of sensor capabilitiesExperience exploiting NTM with a basic understanding of imagery productsExperience building target packets or similar intelligence products

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $92290 - $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
