Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with customers as the first point of contact for ServicePerform and document walk-around inspections of customer vehicles during service intakeEffectively communicate with customers about inspection results and recommending corrective proceduresManaging customer complaints and concerns to find a resolution quickly and effectivelyWorking closely with the Service team as well as Parts and Accessories team to provide the best service to the customerTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.Qualifications
Customer service skills2+ years preferred in customer serviceMust be at least 18 years of agePossess a valid driver's licenseHave good organization skillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measureBe familiar with basic computer functionsPossess strong interpersonal and communication skillsHave a positive, friendly and outgoing personalityDesire to work with the customersMust be dependable, honest, courteous and self-motivatedPrior experience in a service repair facility is preferred; however, training will be provided
