Job Responsibilities :

The Product Marketing Manager is category responsible for global product go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and contributing to the business management of Razer's Console Gaming category. This person will be focused on product GTM strategy and leadership by developing and executing product marketing plans and business initiatives to achieve category growth, revenue, and profitability targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead development and drive global marketing plans for Razer console gaming products and accessories.

Responsibility for BU product forecasts, tracking and revenue for worldwide console gaming category, P&L management, and drive-to goal actions.

Co-own the consumer facing product roadmap for the console gaming category at Razer with PD.

Responsible for execution of product marketing and product management functions within the Razer console product category.

Lead development of comprehensive product launch plans for new product launches, present to internal stakeholders and drive execution of plans at every level.

Support PR teams through participation, effectively communicate with outside press, and represent the category, products, and company as required.

Ensure preparation and delivery of on-time marketing assets for worldwide sales and communications channels.

Responsible for development of monthly and quarterly global marketing plans and reports for managed product lines to summarize key activities driving revenue and unit growth to meet targets (promotions, launches, PR, events, influencer seedings, collateral creation, digital marketing, etc.).

Lead the strategy development and execution of managed products and accessory marketing activities for all regions, working closely with global and regional cross-functional teams.

Function as a global console product marketing point-of-contact for internal stakeholders including sales, regional marketing teams, PR, community, technical support, business development, operations, and finance.

Represent Razer at public facing events, customer, and partner meetings, as requested.

Attend relevant trade shows, join, and lead meetings, work booth and meet partners.

Global product category expert for product and marketing strategy related questions related to console gaming products and accessories.

Lead and drive strategy and reporting calls with high-level global stakeholders to ensure product updates and execution of product and marketing initiatives are delivered to help drive growth.

Understand market and competitive offerings of current and potential growth console product offerings.

Drive analysis of data from all sources (market, press, customers, forums, etc.) to drive feedback of business and market requirements into product planning process to drive and shape console product roadmaps.

Drive team input into creative strategy of console product range, including packaging, advertising, web content & marketing and retail merchandising.

Work with outside vendors and strategic partners to drive initiatives and actions that help support overall product and business initiatives.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications

College degree in Marketing or other related discipline or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry; experience in gaming a big plus.

Experience contributing roadmap development and GTM execution of consumer technology products with a track record of successful launches.

Experience leading the development and overseeing execution of global marketing plans.

Able to write marketing copy and provide design direction on creative including digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, graphics, etc.

Has previously developed detailed marketing plans and was involved in articulating the strategy and requirements for success.

Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills including ability to successfully interact with executive management.

Experience in working in a Global company working with cross functional project teams, ideally with responsibility for the output of non-directly managed colleagues.

Must have Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

Salary Ranges (per annum):$91,575.00 - $152,625.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
