The Miami Project has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Broadcast Production Coordinator to work at UHealth. The Broadcast Production Coordinator oversees the day-to-day production operations of the cable studios and the postproduction support of the editing stations. This employee plays the roles of producer, videographer, and editor.

Manage all audiovisual needs for the Lois Pope Life Center Building.Expert in logistics, responsible for creating and maintaining webinar and Zoom meeting invitations for the Miami Project - Neurosurgery Department and University of Miami Special Events.Run all meetings and webinars for the Miami Project and University of Miami Special Events using Zoom.Record live audio and video and handle post-production editing.Upload edited videos to YouTube and University portals.Coordinate events, including catering and special events.Maintain and create YouTube pages for the Miami Project - Neurosurgery Department and University of Miami and manage the video library.Distribute all videos using BOX to the Miami Project - Neurosurgery Department and the University of Miami.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of relevant experienceKnowledge, Skills and Attitudes:

Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines.Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.Commitment to the University's core values.Ability to work independently and/or in a collaborative environment.
