Associate Creative Director - Photo and VideoDetails:Location- Onsite near MilwaukeeHours- Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5PMDirect hire, relocation package, sign on bonus*Relocation will be required*Salary- $135,000 to $149,000 per year, DOEEligible for a PensionThe Associate Creative Director will lead the execution and delivery of premium photography and video content for two luxury brands. You will lead the creative cycle, from concept, to innovation, to delivery of premium creative content. Your content and vision will lead our brand image.The idea candidate will have an excellent eye, expereince with premium and luxury brands, and be an excellent communicator. This role will have upwards of 9 direct reports including Photographers, Editors, Art Directors, Set Designers and beyond.We are seeking a passionate, innovative and curious leader with deep photography and video experience. We need a charismatic leader that that is comfortable being behind the camera, to directing talent.You will create with a distinctive look, feel, that leads the way for the entire marketing department.If you are a luxury brand builder, people leader, and innovative creative please apply today!Key Responsibilities:Creative-Manage creative content projects with varied scope, budgets and delivery timelineDirect all components of photo and video productionRoll-up your sleeves and lead by example, be hands-on with content creation and achieving your creative visionManage global creative identity and approach content creation with a worldly viewEnsure production team is delivering creative that is on-brand and aligned with business objectivesDeliver original ideas clearly and concisely that are convincingFoster an environment for creativity and innovation throughout the teamKeep a growth mindset, with an eye for industry trends, and new technology to achieve great creativeProvide insight on the creative group's structureGuide business and marketing strategyBudget and logistics-Manage budgets, priorities, and resources in a high-volume production environmentKeep deliverables on scheduleDeliver creative projects and results nimbly that are aligned with strategy and objectivesManage external agency and freelancer needsCross-functional management-Partner with cross functional stakeholders and internal and external vendorsRepresent ideas that can be understood by a wide audience of stakeholdersBe able to advocate for your creative partners, and introduce Marketing's point of view to all stakeholdersTeam leadership-Foster and encouraging environment where creatives can grow their careersLead a high performing team with multiple direct reportsDelegate workload and responsibilities to complete major projectsSee the big picture and understand how to mobilize a diverse group of people to achieve goalsExperinece Requirements:Ten years of experience in an advertising agency or inhouse/brand studioBachelor's Degree (BFA) (BVA) or similarIncredible portfolio showcasing your creative talent in photo and video creationLuxury brand experienceOmnichannel campaign experienceStrong knowledge of the production process across all mediumsExperience leading and directing a creative team including direct reportsWorldly view allowing for global content creationStrong communications skills (written and verbal)
