Job Description
-Possess excellent knowledge and experience of OpenText's Content Server (formerly OpenText Livelink)
-Experience with OpenText Content Suite installation, configuration, upgrades, and operational support.
-For OpenText Content Suite and associated modules: Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software-related problems.
-Have knowledge of customization of the Content Server
- Knowledge and experience of maintaining users, groups, permissions, security and system configurations within Content Server environments
-Customization using Content Server Application Programming Interface (LAPI), Web Services and using the Builder
-Assist, contribute and coordinate requirements and design discussions with the customer as necessary
- Accomplish testing of the application, including executing tests, logging faults, and fault correction.
-Working with stakeholders, integration, and development teams to improve access to information while maintaining permission controls.
