The Game Designer is responsible for the development of new online slot game designs, game flow, game choreography and creating the ultimate vision of the game. The successful game designer works in a collaborative small team environment with a group of talented artists, audio designers, software engineers, and quality engineers to provide the best gaming experience for our operators and their players.

Responsibilities:

Game Design and Concept Development: Participate in the creation and review of original game designs, new game themes, and concepts for electronic gaming slot machines, ensuring innovative and engaging gameplay experiences.Quality Assurance: Review game software during development to verify that gameplay and all game elements meet high-quality standards, ensuring a polished final product.Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain all necessary documents and files required for game development and submission to external regulators, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Team Leadership: Manage a team of individual contributors from multiple disciplines, including art, audio design, software engineering, and QA, while fostering a positive and productive team environment through recognition, conflict resolution, and relationship building.Task Prioritization: Setting the most efficient priorities for tasks using project management software, maximizing the ROI on team workflow and timely game delivery.Gameplay Testing: Continuously playtest games during development to ensure functionality and production value align with the game's design requirements and company brand standards.Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in slot game design and development.Experience in mathematics or quality assurance.Required Professional Attributes
