DISHER is currently partnering with a building products supplier in Zeeland, Michigan to fill their Digital Marketing Manager role on the team. This individual plays a key role in developing, analyzing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with the marketing team and outside vendors to create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, blogs, email, and websites, to promote products and services.

What you'll get to do:Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic and leads.Manage corporate website(s), including creating and updating content and ensuring a consistent brand voice and message, creating landing pages as needed to support marketing campaigns and drive conversions.Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase followers and engagement with our target audience.Manage paid media budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Conduct keyword research and actively listen for industry trends to identify opportunities for SEO optimization.Manage SEM (search engine marketing) campaigns to increase search engine visibility and drive targeted traffic.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling digital assets, including graphics, videos, and landing pages.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot to support sales and marketing initiatives.What will make you successful:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on advertising and paid media, preferably in a B2B environmentProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media advertising platforms, Google Ads, and analytics tools.Proven experience with content management systems and marketing automation systems, HubSpot preferred.Experience working with a CRM, Salesforce preferred.Experience working with digital asset management, product information management, and other marketing technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
