The Microsoft AI UX Engineering team is looking for a Principal UX Engineering Manager to help us build the future of web experiences at Microsoft. Our team partners and collaborates closely with the Fluent Design System effort, delivering production code to support our engineering partners such as Bing, Edge, Microsoft News, Microsoft Shopping, Microsoft Ads, and Consumer Copilot.About YouThis candidate has experience managing teams, building design systems and is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for getting product details right. OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production codeOR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, Product Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design and/or shipping production codeOR equivalent experience

We value folks who care about others, and who make sure to take time to care for themselves.UX Engineering M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
