About the Team:

Pandora has opened a new Diamond Business Unit (DBU) in New York to lead the newly created Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD) division. The LGD division is a strategic pillar in the Pandora Global portfolio, critical to establishing our position as a full jewelry house.

As part of the ambition to be a leading player in the fast growing Lab grown diamonds space, Pandora is building a world-class organization around this mission located in New York.

As a Retail Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading commercial retail marketing & excellence efforts for the DBU. You will collaborate closely with the brand design and production teams to ensure a high level of brand experience aligned with Pandora's overall marketing strategy and business objectives.

This role will partner closely with the local clusters across North America, UK, Mexico, Brazil and Australia.

Your role as Retail Marketing Manager:

Define the ideal seamless customer journey in Pandora's retail space in collaboration with Global partners and consumer insights that promotes strong discoverability, engagement and conversion for diamonds.Define "fit for use" toolkits required to support the journey and drive productivity across touchpoints within the store. Oversee process for development and delivery of point of sale packages for global & local production to support campaigns/initiatives.Define "best in class" training programs and partner with global teams on delivery of supporting material for our retail teams to build competence/confidence to sell diamonds. Partner with local teams to support effective rollout of program.Develop key consumption period programming to win with gifters at retailExternal focus: leverage competitive intelligence in market, to identify how competitors are playing at retail - from presentation to pricing - to enable BIC winning strategies.Collaborate with market clusters and internal departments in Pandora on cross market projects and initiatives, manage Diamond specific communication to retail teams within clusters.Craft your career with us if you have

Master's degree in Marketing, Communication or the similarAt least 8 years of experience in similar roles within a global organization within Fine Jewelry would be preferred but not requiredPrevious experience working with global brands/retailers with strategic communication guidelines and graphic layout recommendations.Experience in retail communications and POSM assets is requiredStrong project management experienceData driven with the ability to use data to drive business resultsStrong business acumen and are highly commercially-minded with a deep understanding of the market.Excellent written and communication skills.A strong eye for detail and dedication for high-quality content.Ability to manage and collaborate with local and global stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management skillsOur Benefits:

New York Salary:

$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 Commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.

Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
