Overview

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Customization Sales & Marketing to support the growth of our custom footwear division, specifically targeting sports teams, universities, and corporations. This leadership role will require a unique blend of sales and marketing expertise to ensure the successful development, sales, and delivery of customized Crocs products to our B2B customers.

What You'll Do• Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive sales and revenue growth within the custom footwear division, targeting sports teams, universities, and corporations.• Build and lead an impactful team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the organizations and businesses we serve to understand their needs and preferences• Collaborate with product design and development teams to create new offerings• Develop and manage budgets for the custom footwear division, ensuring cost-effective operations while enhancing profitability.• Lead the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote custom Crocs offerings to the target audience.• Analyze market trends and competitors to find opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies accordingly.• Follow and report on key performance metrics to the Digital Leadership and members of the senior and executive leadership team, providing regular updates on sales and marketing effectiveness.

What You'll Bring to the Table• 8+ years of relevant experience• Consistent track record of successful sales and marketing experience, particularly in B2B settings• Extensive experience building and leading successful sales and marketing teams• Strong understanding of customization and product development processes a plus• Excellent influencing and communication skills to build and sustain relationships with sports teams, universities, and corporations• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies• Strong analytical and financial savvy• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a constantly evolving, fast-paced environment• A passion for innovation and creativity in delivering customized solutions• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events

Salary or Pay Range: $165,000-$180,000

Workplace Persona: Collaborator

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
