The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Cumberland Heights Foundation plays a pivotal role in aligning marketing strategies with the organization's mission. This position demands a unique blend of technical marketing skills and a deep understanding of addiction treatment dynamics, emphasizing empathy and commitment to the cause. CORE DUTIES

Digital Strategy Coordination:

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to support Cumberland Heights' mission, ensuring integration with overall marketing objectives.Participate in strategy meetings with both internal teams and external vendors to align digital efforts with broader organizational goals.Campaign Management:

Coordinate the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, websites, and paid advertising, ensuring seamless integration with vendor-provided services and platforms.Manage timelines, resources, and collaborate with vendors to gather assets, finalize designs, and ensure message consistency across platforms.Liaise with vendors to adjust campaigns and strategies based on performance data and organizational feedback.Technology and Analytics:

Monitor the performance of digital marketing tools and platforms, to ensure optimal utilization and troubleshooting issues as they arise (GMB, Apple Maps, Bing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Yelp, CallRail).Regularly review analytics provided by both internal tools and external vendors to prepare detailed reports on campaign results and identify improvement opportunities.Support the implementation and optimization of A/B testing, coordinating with all stakeholders to enhance campaign performance and audience engagement.Web and Social Media Operations:

Update and maintain the organization's website content, coordinating with SEO and web development vendors to ensure all information is accurate, current, and optimized for search engines.Schedule and publish content across social media channels, engaging with followers and monitoring social interactions. Including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Analyze web traffic and social media engagement metrics to guide content decisions and improve overall digital presence.Reporting and Communication:

Compile data from digital campaigns and website/social media performance, integrating insights to create comprehensive reports for the marketing team.Present findings to the marketing team and external stakeholders, offering recommendations and coordinating with vendors for strategy adjustments.Maintain effective communication with all parties involved, ensuring that all team members and vendors are aligned with the marketing strategy and execution plans.Requirements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience: 3-5 years in healthcare management, preferably supporting C-level executives, coupled with 2-5 years of project management experience in marketing.Skills: Robust project management skills, proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, CallRail, Monday), and strong organizational and communication skills.Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.Personality Traits: Proactive, positive attitude, enjoys challenges, takes ownership of projects, and is capable of leading strategic initiatives. The candidate should be versatile and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
