This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

Develop and implement marketing content for new product launches. Includes participation in product planning discussions, development and execution of communication plans, and development and production of materials.Materials developed for new product launches typically include: offering memorandum (also known as a private placement memorandum), presentation, fact sheet, launch email, due diligence materials, due diligence web site (also known as a data room), data room spreadsheets, and internal training materials.Work closely with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams as well as product specialists to shape and define product messagingImplement external webcasts, product insights, and update emails to help guide conversations between launches and to support product fundraising.Work with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes including PPM supplementsHelp ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materialsAnd other responsibilities as required!What you bring:

Experience developing marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focusStrong working knowledge of marketing communication practices and relationship management processDemonstrated comfort delivering feedback and direction to senior partners and investment professionalsSolid knowledge of financial markets, specifically private equity, private wealth, private debt, and real assets/infrastructure, and evergreen productsFamiliarity with investment concepts and high level of comfort with numbers and analysisFamiliarity and understanding of nuances within private markets clientsProven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skillsAbility to write about complex concepts in a clear and compelling style, as well as a proven ability to vary tone and language based on project / audienceAbility to independently analyze information and solve problemsEducation Preferred:

Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or equivalent experience or Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experienceExperience :

8-12 Years experience
