In this role, you will...Design/create and implement marketing collateral on an as needed basis as well as provide creative input on projects the team may be tacklingBecome a subject matter expert in Email StudioWork on new business pitches brochures, proposals graphics, infographics, invitations, post cards, signage, internal communications etc.Have experience with project management and execution of marketing collateral and bring a knowledge of marketing campaigns and innovative solutions to your clientsBring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP's using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesignWhat you'll bring
3 to 5 years of marketing experienceReal Estate experience is a must (Commercial or Residential)Degree and/or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fieldProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Specifically PowerPointKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Specifically InDesign

Approximate hourly Range for this Role: $23.00 to $38.00 per hour
Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
