Marketing Manager

We're looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join and grow our brokerage, The Bienstock Group. At The Bienstock Group, we're a small team of agents who pride ourselves on doing an expert job representing our clients who sell and buy houses, mostly in the Hancock Park and Miracle Mile areas. Our Marketing Manager will spearhead all marketing. This includes: • Digital and online marketing on Google, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube • Real estate specific marketing on The MLS and affiliated sites • Print collateral (property specific and brand specific) at open houses • Optimizing and managing our website. Responsibilities: • Write remarks for the MLS and load listings accurately on the MLS • Ceate print collateral for open houses • Optimize and manage The Bienstock Group website • Manage social media • Manage Google presence and ads Qualifications: • You have 2+ years of experience in marketing in real estate or a closely related field. • You have a history of achieving and consistently achieving personal goals • You have a bachelor's degree or higher • You can work in person and not remote at our office which is located close to The Grove • You enjoy working collaboratively in a small team Compensation: $90,000 yearly
