RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesWork with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree from 4-year universityMarketing experience preferredAble to make presentations to potential customersProficient in social media, website, and email content generation, specifically Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Experience in CRM platforms.Knowledgable understanding of Google Analytics.Ability to utilize AI/Chat GPT.Self-motivatedPeople-orientedCreative in problem-solving and goal achievementExcellent in collaborative communication with team members and customersBENEFITS:
