JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ability to bring structure to a sales process.

· Manage referral partners and create constant communication.

· Enter and manage deals in the company CRM (HubSpot).

· Review proposals for errors and improve quality control.

· Manage and coordinate data movement.

· Understand the entire sales process.

· Help coordinate internal and external meetings.

· Participate and lead in sales training.

· Understand the financial implications of solar purchases, leases, and financing.

· Attend company Green Expos, conferences, fairs and other related company and industry events.

· Knowledgeably educate prospects and answer all solar related questions.

· Attend weekly sales meetings.

· Provide support to the CEO and others as it relates to sales.

· Develop sales PowerPoints for clients and targets.

· Assist in the generation of Investment decks as needed.

· Manage collaterals, website, and all social media accounts.

· Assist with onboarding with new partners.

· Facilitate DocuSign to execute MNDA’s and Due Diligence contracts.

· Assist in populating contracts for client signature.

RELATIONSHIPS AND ROLES:

Internal / External Cooperation

· Manage client communication in the CRM database to ensure accurate record keeping and order among leads.

· Attending regular training sessions at corporate headquarters.

· Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

· Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

· Collaborate on deals as projects get close to closing.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

· Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

· High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, self-driven.

· Detail oriented to accurately complete required contracts with customers.

· Understanding and ability to explain financial cash flows/Return on Investments.

· Ability to travel for client meetings and/or presentations.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other computer software.

· Competency in Internet navigation, the use of CRM.

· Solar experience is a plus.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or associate degreeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: as needed or at the discretion of the CEO.
