About the Team

The Roku Ad Exchange is pivotal, acting as Roku's in-house Supply Side Platform and Ad Server, designed to optimize the delivery and monetization of video ads. Our goal is monumental-to construct a demand-agnostic platform enhancing monetization across The Roku Channel and direct-to-consumer app integrations. You'll be part of a team that's not just participating in the ad tech landscape but shaping its future.b About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for Roku Ad Exchange, you'll be embarking on a challenging journey to elevate our Roku supply stack, known as "Roku Ad Exchange." You are the linchpin in our product's lifecycle, from strategic planning through execution and market launch. Your responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional teams to deliver products that set the standard in the ad tech space, ensuring Roku remains at the forefront of TV streaming innovation. Your role is pivotal in defining the future of our video ad delivery systems, focusing on incremental demand access, video ad reach, and creative delivery improvements.

For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $129,000 - $357,000 annually.

Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. What you'll be doingLead the product development lifecycle for the Roku Ad Exchange, focusing on execution from concept through to launch, adoption, and ongoing optimizationCollaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to build products that optimize the efficiency and reach of Roku's ad serving capabilitiesDefine clear product roadmaps based on a deep understanding of market needs, technological trends, and Roku's strategic prioritiesWork closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business units to ensure product features are executed to the highest standardsManage stakeholder relationships across the organization, prioritizing product features and resources to meet business objectivesSpearhead the rollout and adoption strategies for new features, measuring product performance and iterating based on feedback and dataWe're excited if you have6-8 years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on SSP, Ad Tech, and the broader advertising ecosystemProven track record of leading product execution, demonstrating a strong capability to move from strategy to deliverySkilled in stakeholder management and prioritization, able to navigate complex organizational dynamics to achieve product goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in SQL and data analysis toolsDeep knowledge of ad serving technologies and programmatic advertisingDemonstrated experience in product development, launch, and lifecycle management in the ad tech domainExperience in Connected TV (CTV) and video advertising is a plusFamiliarity with measurement, identity landscape, and privacy regulations within the advertising industryBachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent#LI-SSC
