We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer with expertise in the Microsoft technical stack to join our team. This is a mostly remote position, with occasional visits to our headquarters in Carmel, IN and/or to customer site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain web applications using the Microsoft technical stack, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web solutions that meet business requirements.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of web applications.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and clients.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best solutions are provided.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in web development using the Microsoft technical stack.Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications related to the technical stack.Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365.Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible work hours and mostly remote work environment.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.Retirement savings plan with company match.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.Collaborative and inclusive company culture.
