Job Description:Highly proficient in the use of Adobe Analytics with a minimum of 7-10 years of recent experience as a web analyst on the Adobe platformStrong analytical thought process and ability to interpret findingsAdvanced Excel user, including experience using pivot tables, charts, and v-lookupsStrong communication and presentation skillsA basic understanding of statistical analysisExternal campaign tracking experience, particularly for paid search, display, and email campaignsWeb content development/publishing experience, using an enterprise content management system (CMS)Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skillsAdobe analytics Certification is a plusBachelor's degree/Master's in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical disciplineAnalyze web site analytics and raw data to formulate and present actionable recommendations to help drive business performanceHelp define and recommend measurements, strategies, and reporting using data to drive valuable business decisionsConduct ad hoc data analyses as neededHelp define, implement, and maintain the company's global standards for web analytics reportingWork with Engineering, SEO, and Web Operations teams to establish, implement, and enforce global tagging standardsUnderstand business users' needs and translate them to technical requirements for deploying new tracking functionalityQA and testing of new tracking features/implementationsProvide analytics insight and expertise covering a variety of digital channels including, mobile, search (paid and organic), display, social, and emailGenerate and present multiple monthly marketing performance reports for a variety of business units and productsIdentify optimization strategies to maximize conversion and revenueAnalyze web performance through use of visitor segmentation and marketing attributionCreate custom reports and dashboards on an ad hoc basisTrain new Adobe Analytics users and build a repository of web analytics training materialsAdobe Analytics user administration
