eCommerce Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Impact:

Coordinate product, marketing, and promotional product information into digital product content on key retailer websites. Support the eCommerce & Omnichannel sales initiatives of a leading manufacturer and distributor of kitchen and home appliances.

Essential Job Functions:Create and edit Product Detail Pages (PDP) using retail customer portals and/or customer spreadsheets while adhering to customer data standards.Add, maintain, and edit product descriptions, attribute fields, product images, product videos and other data using available software, including AI (ChatGPT).Tailor product titles, descriptions and bullet points that are engaging and fulfill SEO goals for customer web sites.Use various Adobe Suite programs to edit and maintain product images and create enhanced content to meet and exceed customer data quality standards.Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure PDPs align both client and vendor standards.Revise and optimize existing online content as requested by the vendors.Create, maintain, and edit promotional content to support ongoing promotions if needed.Setup and maintain items in internal Product Information Manager (PIM) by acquiring product data from vendors and other sources.Learn programs and processes required to maintain internal inventory management system.Proactively collaborate with the buying team on new or updated products.Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize workload based on urgency and deadlines.Research product information that may not be provided by our vendors and update PIM.Document and report progress of current item setup requests using team Project Manager Software.Organize and maintain digital assets according to department standards.Assist other departments with product information and setup requests as needed.Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalentAcute attention to detailStrong creative writing skillsProficient knowledge of image and video manipulation technologiesKnowledge of HTML languageIntermediate level experience with Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associate DegreeFamiliarity with Photoshop2 years retail website experience with Amazon, Walmart.com, Wayfair, HomeDepot.com, or other top eCommerce retailersAdobe Photoshop and Elements software experienceBehavioral attributes:
