OVERALL ROLE DESCRIPTION

The

Social Content Strategist

drives cohesive organic and paid content plans across social media channels. This includes owning content calendars, paid social media strategies, setting up, optimizing, and reporting on social campaigns, and owning social listening and community engagement. Your role will span

strategy development through execution.

The Social Content Strategist is expected to apply their social mastery to deliver against the clients' goals.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the strategy behind and day-to-day management of multiple social campaigns, acting as the link between our clients and their social followersOwn social best practices and relationships with key platformsDevelop and implement paid and organic social strategies to align with our client's business goalsManage final content calendars, ensuring that copy and assets are aligned with strategic direction and optimally drive campaign goalsResponsible for gathering the research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development and recommendation for client deliveryMonitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimizationResearch new social media platforms, trends and research and relay it back to the broader teamHandle community engagement and social listening to improve campaign performanceREQUIREMENTS

At least 3+ years of social strategy experienceMastery of all relevant tools for reporting, analytics, and competitive analysisA clear passion for social media and trendsExcellent attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skillsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and has strong time management and multitasking abilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a teamAbove all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosity
