As a member of the Marketing Analytics department, this role is tasked with analyzing website performance and serving as a key facilitator in creating visuals / dashboards, mining various digital data platforms, to create actionable insights for website improvements, measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. The various digital marketing channels include social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, programmatic retargeting, affiliate marketing, display advertising and website analytics. The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for establishing website traffic engagement goals, digital attribution measurements and working with tools to apply various digital marketing techniques.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze Google Analytics and Web behavior to identify testing scenarios and profitable growth opportunities within eCommerceSetup customer tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and general site taggingSetup customer engagement goal attainment within Google Analytics and incorporate into visual insights with sales attributionExperience in various digital attribution techniques such as first touch, last touch or data driven attributionDesign A/B testing protocols and best practices for website customer behavior, establish statistical significance, and provide results and documentation of website testing and present quarterly to the businessProvide stakeholders with insights from customer web behavior to determine the customer journey on site, how customers convert on site, conversion paths, what pages are performing well, which pages need improvementProvide stakeholders with insights on Website engagement, sales tracking and reportingProvide insights into DTC vs Amazon audience overlapsProvide data analysis and strategic insights to help accelerate the sales growth and profitability across the digital marketing channelsWork collaboratively with the digital marketing team on requirements related to testing, advanced analytics and reporting needsProvide insights on digital sales channels, new customer and lead attributionManage APIs for digital marketing (Google analytics, Social Platforms, Affiliates and Retargeting)Provide stakeholders with insight into how customers convert on our site and which paths are taken to convert40% onsite attendance is an essential function of this positionAdditional duties as assignedPosition Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a digital marketing analytics role demonstrating a fundamental understanding of digital marketing programs, technologies and techniquesExperience creating visuals in Google Analytics, Google Data/Looker Studio , Power BI or Tableau preferredExperience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and event / goal trackingStrong quantitative skills required to analyze and optimize digital campaign performanceStrong knowledge of SQL, Google Analytics, marketing automation solutions such as Adobe and various digital analytical tools requiredExperience in digital customer analysis, , web traffic and website analyticsDemonstrated ability to present clear, concise reporting based on analytics and present in a visually appealing wayCritical and creative thinking, passionate about analyzing data, drawing appropriate conclusions and ability to translate findings into actionable business strategiesUnderstanding of digital marketing practices and techniquesExperience working with digital marketing teams and with online direct marketing or with online media performance analysisDesire to learn new technologies and analytical tools
