Whether through integrated delivery that leverages our entire in-house team or individual services that address situational opportunities, we ensure the optimal outcome.In this role, you will participate in project delivery in executing innovative planning, evaluation, design, permit, and construction support services for healthcare projects from proposal phase throughout project closeout. You'll lead and inspire design teams to collaborate to achieve all project goals.Job Responsibilities:Ensures the compliance with all Prime Contract requirementsDevelops, monitors, and updates an efficiently sequenced project design schedule and regularly advises the project team of changesAssures design consultants are prequalifiedPrepares Professional Service Agreements for design consultants that minimize risk to the CompanyEvaluates and distributes changes/add services effecting project scope and schedulePrepares clear and concise project communications, oral and writtenBuilds positive working relationships with current clients, internal and external, establishing a relationship of trustDisplays a commitment to safe work practices both during design document development and in the fieldFacilitates and monitors design reviews of documents to ensure project quality objectives are achievedUtilizes standard project management tools and techniques that comply with all company policies from proposal through close-outForecasts and reports project financial performance and reviews with design business unit leaders and project leaders (for integrated projects)Solicits input from practice areas for development of fee proposal or change order requests/add servicesTravel as requiredOther duties which may be assigned as neededEducation/Experience:Bachelors degree in engineering and generally 10 years of progressive experience in a design discipline leading to being an independent lead designerSpecific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:Previous experience managing and coordinating A&E teams for healthcare projects, experience with client management, and ability to work independently in alignment with healthcare practice goals and visionProfessional registration (preferred) or eligibleProject Management Professional (PMP) certification desired but not requiredKnowledge of various relevant architectural and engineering systems (e.g., facilities, process and/or packaging systems as applicable)Knowledge of drawing production software and integration requirements for complete project modelingIntermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointHaskell offers a very robust and comprehensive benefits package!
