With our software solutions, we target diversified segments within the healthcare industry, national, regional and enterprise networked hospitals, primary care facilities, specialized clinics, and radiology centers.Your role:As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Radiology Informatics (RI), you will be responsible for new product launches of RI and transforming our go-to-market approach from Product to SaaS focused. In addition, you will collaborate with product management to drive harmonization of our business models and catalogues as well development of new (disruptive) business models. Another key objective will be the (re-) positioning of radiology informatics offering as the #1 Enterprise Imaging & Informatics vendor both in- and externally (e.g. tradeshows); often in close collaboration with the Enterprise Informatics Marketing teams.Develop go-to-market plans for assigned launches, including gathering market research, competitive intelligence, and voice of the customer for our portfolio.

Lead the transition from a product focused towards a Solutions focused organization – e.g. Solution level Launches, business model harmonization, revised pricing structure.

Position radiology informatics offering as the #1 Enterprise Imaging and Informatics vendor towards our customers.

Develop commercial solutions with other Philips businesses and partners – e.g. value propositions, business model.

Partner with the other businesses on marketing plans, integrated value propositions, and campaign activity aligned around our key audiences.

Partner with clinical business teams, clinical science, clinical affairs, legal and regulatory to ensure compliance of marketing messages/claims.

Organize user group meetings and advisory boards.

Be the point of contact for industry analysts.

Work in a multinational environment, with good communication skills and the ability to inspire, convince and mobilize people.

Think conceptually from a broad business perspective taking both strategic as well as operational aspects into consideration.

Be globally fluent and have the ability to function effectively across cultures.

Build a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria by working together with customers, colleagues across global markets, and industry partners.

You're the right fit if:You’ve acquired 10+ years related experience in Product Management/Marketing or adjacent fields (e.g. Field Marketing, Clinical Marketing) with proven customer facing experience (typically C-suite).

You have experience with gathering market insights, value proposition generation, pricing, communications, channel management and planning; experience in an Enterprise (Imaging) Software business; and experience in driving thought leadership and inspiring sales / marketing organizations.

Your skills include demonstrable communication skills and the ability to lead an organization in the development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies for market leading solutions.

You have a Bachelor’s degree; ideally a Master’s or MBA in the field of (B2B) marketing.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

You are results oriented, have problem solving skills and business acumen, and are familiar with continuous improvement techniques or processes.

You must feel comfortable in a venture environment which can be hectic and hands-on.

This

hybrid

role may require up to 40-50% travel both domestically and internationally.
